5 Important Beauty Habits to pick up today?

1. Exfoliation

Exfoliation is one of the most important parts of skin care for both your face and your body. If you want beautiful, healthy, radiant skin then don’t forget to exfoliate. If you  then apply your creams and lotions on previously exfoliated skin, all of these products will absorb into your skin much more quickly.

2. Moisturise

Its your largest organ! Usually you never forget to moisturise your face so make sure you moisturise the rest of your body. Try using your favourite body lotion (or oil) everyday. Your skin will love you for it.

3. Clean your Make Up Brushes

How often should you clean your make up brushes? Once a week is perfect.  Dip your brush in warm soapy water, use make up shampoo or soap. Rinse out your brushes with luke warm water, blot with a towel and leave out overnight to dry. If you have acne prone skin or suffer from rosacea then was your brushes daily, especially you foundation and concealer brushes.

4. Drink water

It doesn’t sound like a beauty habit, but it’s an important one. Start your day with a tall glass of water and add lemon or honey if you like. This will help flush out toxins from your body, kick start and hydrate your system, helping your skin to stay supple and radiant. 2-3 litres a day is recommended.

5. Exfoliate your lips

If you want soft smooth lips don’t forget to rub them gently with a clean unused soft toothbrush every 2-3 days. Apply your favourite oil or lip balm after and enjoy your kissable lips.
