The hard work is paying off | Talisah

This 21 year old powerhouse is coming through the ranks with some amazing achievements and with strong legal and political goals in sight.

Starting out as a dancer at 2 years old, Talisah trained in all styles of dance, acting and was involved with many shows at Ettingshausen’s. She then graduated and continued her dance training at the University of Sydney where she performed in many independent shows.  Talisah has also been a member of the NRL’s  St George Illawarra Dragons dance team, the NRL Flames under the management and direction of JLD.Entertainmeent and has been with the squad and agency for the past 3 years.

Talisah studies a double degree in Journalism and Law at UTS and some of her biggest achievements thus far are landing a job as a paralegal for a National Law firm and is the Vice President of a newly formed political club at the University of Technology Sydney. Talisah is also a proud member of the New South Wales Young Liberals.

From a young age Talisah has always had the mentality that to achieve great things you need to put in the hard work and that is exactly what she is doing, and advises all young adults who look to go in a similar direction to do the same.

Something that is helping her get through lockdown is getting outside and walking with her dogs each day as she continues to work and study from home in Sydney like most of us. For the next 12 months Talisah will focus on working hard as a paralegal whilst finishing her journalism degree in 2021 and has her eye on political and legal aspirations for the future.
